We are searching for an innovative Amazon Account Manager that can help drive the vision of their clientele with their spirited and vibrant ideas.

This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as someone who will go above and beyond their call of duty.

If you are great at managing client and manager expectations by way of the procedure, reporting, and general best practices, it is highly desirable. This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Manage and ensure catalogue is kept up to date with all relevant information: new item set-up, item maintenance, content uploading and monitoring
Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, new product listing preparations, EBC, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.
Updating Listing Data via Front-end/Flat-File
Monitor, identify, and assist in resolving listing issues such as missing or incorrect product details
Track and assist in resolving listing errors such as hijacked or closed listings, stranded inventory, IP infringement and other errors
Monitor listing feedback, listing health and performance, track negative reviews for areas of improvement
Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries and issues
Monitor Account Health and provide recommendations to enhance performance
Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales
Manage FBA and warehouse inventory, create FBA shipments and keep inventory reconciled
Submit replenishment orders based on forecasting projections based on storage costs, sales history, seasonal and other factors
Monitor shipments and fulfillment fee changes to open and manage reimbursement cases for lost shipments and incorrect fees
Troubleshooting: Amazon Case Management such as inventory reconciliations, tracking shipments, listing optimisations issues
Perform other related tasks as needed or assigned
About You:
Core qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of working experience on Amazon and be knowledgeable on Amazon tools and space including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and/or Jungle Scout.
Excellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
Knowledge of the Amazon platform and best practices
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Display a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and open to changing business priorities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Able to work independently in a cross-functional team environment
Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
Nice to have:
Social Media Management experience
Basic knowledge of Canva
Amenable to work 30 hours per week
Note: This is for a Direct Hire position for a UK client
