This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as someone who will go above and beyond their call of duty.
The expectation will be that our client will guide you along the journey, helping to understand their existing business, how they like to operate, and work in a collaborative environment. If you are great at managing client and manager expectations by way of the procedure, reporting and general best practice, it is highly desirable. This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Identify, develop, and implement long and short term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
Report (daily, weekly, monthly) and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance;
Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs;
Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
Catalog Management - New item set up, item maintenance, content uploading and monitoring;
Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
Updating Listing Data via Front-end/Flat-File
Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries and issues
Amazon Case Management such as inventory reconciliations, tracking shipments, listing optimizations issues
Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.);
About You:
Core qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of working experience on Amazon and knowledgeable on Amazon tools and space including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and/or Jungle Scout.
Excellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
Knowledge of Amazon platform and best practices
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Display a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and open to changing business priorities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Able to work independently with a cross-functional team environment
Nice to have:
Social Media Management experience
Basic knowledge of Canva
Amenable to work 30 hours per week
