Amazon Account Manager
What we are looking for:
Our client, the leading company in Israel for importing and marketing watch brands, jewelry and lifestyle products, is currently looking for an Amazon Account Manager who desires to be part of an exciting ecommerce organization. They have over 20 years of experience in the field and provide exclusive warranty and service to its customers.
We are looking for a perfect fit for our client, and need someone with extensive experience in managing Amazon account health.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
Working days - Sunday to Thursday - 9:00- 17:00 Israel time
In this role, you will:
Work with Seller Support and Amazon Escalation Teams to resolve Amazon listing issues
Manage account health, diagnose the cause or causes of the problem, and figure out how to take immediate action to rectify the issue
Prevent account suspension by writing appeals and raising cases to Amazon regarding blocked listings and SKUs
Stay up to date with listing strategies
Know what is stranded / deactivated products and what is need and how to reopen them
Ensure all processes have proper SOPs
Your capability:
Expertise in navigating Amazon Seller Central
Ability to track and organize information
Experience managing Amazon health, account suspension, account closure/termination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Persistent, always finding a way around obstacles and solutions to problems
