The ideal candidate is someone who has Amazon account management or seller support work experience, intermediate knowledge of G-suite applications (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Excel, excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, strong comprehension skills, and a great attitude with a growth mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Working with our Amazon Brand Growth Strategists in managing the assigned brands/seller accounts
- Maintaining overall seller account health by constantly monitoring key metrics
- Providing timely and accurate operational support, which includes generating business reports
- Contacting Amazon Seller Support by filing tickets on Amazon Seller Central or by Zoom phone calls
- Collaborating with other teammates or departments to quickly and efficiently complete tasks and assignments

Our team members in the Philippines or anywhere outside the United States work from home or remotely and are expected to possess their own laptop or desktop computer (with 8GB installed RAM, OS Windows 8 and above or MAC OSX of equivalent); strong and stable internet WIRED connection of at least 20 Mbps; PC headset with extended microphone (A noise-canceling headset is preferred but not required); and a high-definition external or integrated web camera (at least 720p resolution).
