The Alternate Project Manager you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project in order to maximise shareholder returns while sustaining excellence in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sound knowledge of all aspects of underground mining techniques and the equipment utilised to maximise production.
Strong inter-personal and leadership skills with a strong team focus.
Management and preparation of budgets, project milestones and data reporting
Working knowledge of financial accounting and contract management
Sound judgement, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Understand the complexities and various aspects of managing an underground contract mining scope
Resource management to deliver contract outcomes
Experience and understanding of the various aspects of commercial contracts
Previous experience in external and internal stakeholder engagement.

Prior to hire you will be required to sit a full pre-employment medical, including vaccinations required for the area you will be working, a drug and alcohol screen and site specific clearances.
** COVID roster of 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off roster will be offered with a post COVID revert to a 6 week on, 4 week off roster.
