DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:Head of Alliance ManagementMAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Alliance Management team at Sprout. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support and assisting in the creation of enablement materials for our stakeholders, including training courses, presentations, and documentation.TASKS:
Assist in developing, organizing, and updating enablement materials for stakeholders (e.g., training courses, presentations, guides).
Coordinate and maintain documentation related to alliance management processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in all materials.
Perform research and gather information as needed to enhance training and enablement resources.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
