₱ 42,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Job Responsibility:
1. Ensure the stability of Alibaba apsara stack and cloud services running on it. Carry health check, operation & maintenance, troubleshooting tasks. Monitor Alibaba apsara stack clusters health status, daily check, weekly report.
2. Help large enterprises to develop IT architecture and business processes, including best practices, exception handling mechanisms and problem contingency plans based on Alibaba cloud product and technical system.
3. Promote the use of cloud computing services and solutions in the process of technical problems, and constantly improve the problem handling mechanisms and processes, and work with Alibaba cloud service experts, product experts directly to ensure that enterprise technology issues to solve effectively.
4. Regular communication with the user (on-site or remote), to ensure that users have health, stable on-cloud operation and to enhance customer experience.
Work Experience Requirement:
1.Rich system troubleshooting experiences;
2. Practical experiences in using CLI command;
3. One person preferably have IT Hardware experience.
Work Skills Requirement:
1.Familiar with Windows, Linux operating system.
2.Familiar with one or more data management technologies such as MySQL/ SQLServer;
3. Familiar with the container virtualization technology such as Docker
4. Familiar with Alibaba apsara stack architecture, Alibaba apsara stack cloud services specialty.
5. Be able to write the technical documentation.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Linux, Windows, SQL Server
