Job Description :
Receive and check shipment volumes from the Sorting Center to the airport.
Process orders and complete X-ray screening in line with security requirements.
Identify and separate Dangerous Goods (DG) from Non-Dangerous Goods (Non-DG).
Ensure shipments are dispatched on time from the airport to the Hub or Distribution Center.
Monitor air transfers, flight schedules, and cargo movements.
Manage Transfers via SPX system.
Manage the end-to-end process at the airport to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with IIS Central, airline staff, and Hub/DC teams for arrivals and departures.
Follow all airport, safety, and customs regulations.
Record shipment details and prepare daily operational reports.
Resolve issues such as delays, damaged cargo, or misrouted shipments.
Suggest ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in airport operations, cargo handling, or air freight is preferred.
Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (IATA DG Certification is a plus).
Familiarity with air cargo security regulations and airport operational procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
