Handle requests for access pass applications of CEB Organic and Security Service Provider Personnel to the following government agencies: Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) ID Cards (Annual, Seasonal & On Duty Cards); MIAA Access Passes (Monthly Access Pass, Visitor's Access Pass and On Duty Access Pass); Aircraft Movement Area (AMA) Permits/Stickers (Driver's Permits, Ground Equipment Control Number, Vehicle Sticker); MIAA Parking Slot Card, or to other airports as instructed by the Director, Security. Prepare and process applications of CEB employees' for IDs, passes, and permits to the Pass Control Office (PCO), Office of the Assistant General Manager for Security & Emergency Services (OAGMSES) and other MIAA offices. Handle cash advances and liquidations of payment order of IDs and Permits at MIAA admin. Schedule employees to attend the Security Awareness and AMA Permit Seminar. Assist the Manager for Security Operations with the filing chart and different documents of the Security Section. Assist the Manager for Security Operations with the section requisition for office supplies and other materials. Assist the Manager for Security Operations with the safe keeping of all office supplies assigned to Security Section. Perform general clerical tasks to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing and mailing. Perform other duties superiors may assign Safety Management System For detailed responsibilities, authority, and accountability in connection with the SMS, refer to SMSM 3.50 - Safety Accountabilities (Middle Management). For SMS training requirements, refer to SMSM 8.10.40 - Training Requirements. Security Management System For responsibilities in connection with SeMS, refer to 5J AOSP Appendix 23-C Risk Tolerability Criteria. LEVEL OF AUTHORITY Authority to screen and filter submitted applications by employees before forwarding to MIAA offices and asks for job justifications if needed in line to necessitate access. Authorized to indicate accesses that are only needed by the requesting organic employee Qualifications Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course. Aviation Security Awareness Training or any aviation security related training is an advantage. Knowledge of Basic Aviation Security is an advantage. Experience in working with local authorities is an advantage to work without close supervision. Having a healthy professional network with local authorities is an advantage.
