Manage local Support Engineering functions
Implement the regional Support Engineering Strategy and Policy in the CC
Lead implementation of standards of customer service and satisfaction and the associated
performance metrics, as well as group processes and policies in the CC
Drive the improvement of the operational and financial performance of Tech Support activities in the CC
Provide technical solutions by selecting the appropriate methods, standards and tools.
