FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON HOTEL FILINVEST CITY MANILAResponsible for repairs and maintenance of the hotel air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Monitor and ensure operation of the hotel airconditioning and refrigeration
Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of all AHU's, FCU's, WAC's, Split type Ac and all refrigeration equipment
Respond to guest complain and request
Prepare daily reports of the activities done and other important issue that needs attention and action
Observe and apply energy conservation practices
Ensure that the Fire & Life Safety is followed and practice at all times
Perform other duties as directed by the management from time to time
Qualifications
With good communication skills
College graduate or TESDA certified
Knowledge and experience with airconditioning and refrigeration equipment
Well verse in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Can start immediately
Can work in Muntinlupa, Alabang
