AIRCON TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
Execution of preventive maintenance on equipment;
Implements proper housekeeping/sanitation of utility rooms (i.e elec, mech, genset, powerhouse pumps, etc.)
Install, repair, operate & maintain VRF aircon units
Carries out routine check and logs status/ condition of VRF units
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunction units
Make recommendations in case expected unit cost for repair exceeds the possible replacement cost
Perform regular cleaning of Air conditioning units
Perform work as required
Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of the assignment, type of work performed, and collect data for the report
Do monitoring of the utility consumption
Qualifications:
At least trade graduate related to HVAC
At least four (4) years related experience in technical functions
Ability to communicate in English
Willing to be assigned in shifting schedule
Can work with less supervision, hardworking and honest
Team player
