Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the VRF of air conditioner and water cooler system engineering maintenance.
2. Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the on-site HVAC construction coordination;
3. Prepare materials before construction and communicate with property management to assist project manager;
4. Communicate with property management personnel during and after the construction to assist the project manager;
5. Collect data of project construction acceptance and coordinate property acceptance, assist project manager in work
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in the principle of VRF system or water cooler system;
2. At least 2 to 6 years maintenance experience in air-conditioning equipment;
3. Able to preliminary judge the faults of the air-conditioning system and provide solutions;
4. Able to deal with general air-conditioning equipment and system failures;
5. Good interpersonal communication skills;
6. Must have valid driver's license, heavy travel required.

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed monthly targets and quota of qualified opportunities with revenue.
Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and outcomes.
Learn HVAC products, services and solutions, and develop an ability to match them with an understanding of the prospect's interests and needs
Participate in campaign ideation, results review, and decisions on best practices
Nurture warm prospects to generate leads and build relationships for hand-off
Nurturing interest and understanding of HVAC capabilities
Report to Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to realize larger and more strategic rolls within a sales organization
