Description
Responsibilities: * Responsible for the VRF of air conditioner and water cooler system engineering maintenance.
Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the on-site HVAC construction coordination;
Prepare materials before construction and communicate with property management to assist the project manager;
Communicate with property management personnel during and after the construction to assist the project manager;
Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate property acceptance, assist the project manager in work
Job requirements: * Proficient in the principle of VRF system or water cooler system;
At least 2 to 6 years of maintenance experience in air-conditioning equipment;
Able to preliminary judge the faults of the air-conditioning system and provide solutions;
Able to deal with general air-conditioning equipment and system failures;
Good interpersonal communication skills;
Must have a valid driver's license, heavy travel required.
