We're building a system to publish hundres of AI-driven real estate videos that inform, engage, and generate clients. This role is not for someone who wants to "check boxes." We're looking for a builder - someone who can execute consistently and evolve the process, spotting what works, testing improvements, and driving results.What You'll Do
Create high-volume, high-quality short-form videos each week using AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, etc.)
Research and script local real estate stories, market updates, and neighborhood highlights
Edit, brand, and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Test new formats, track results, and optimize content strategy for reach and engagement
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and style
Document workflows and train others as the system scales

Comfortable with AI tools or quick to learn them
Able to manage deadlines and deliver consistently at scale (40+ videos per week)
Data-minded: you look at views, engagement, and conversions to guide decisions
