Role Overview
 
The AI Strategy Coordinator will be the bridge between AI-driven insights and execution. This role is responsible for prompting AI systems (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), generating campaign strategies, and turning them into structured test briefs for our PPC and funnel implementation team. You will coordinate testing cycles, track results, and iterate on winning strategies to maximize ROAS, reduce CPL, and expand our service efficiency.
 
This is a high-impact role designed for someone who is analytical, structured, and excited to apply AI in real-world marketing operations.
 
Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years in digital marketing, PPC management, or growth marketing.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity) and prompt engineering.
Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, and campaign optimization.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and performance metrics.
Strong written communication (able to turn AI outputs into structured briefs).
Knowledge of marketing automation (Zapier, LeadConnector, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
Mindset:
Fast learner, curious, and experimental.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy Development
Work directly with GPT-4/Claude to generate ad copy, funnel structures, targeting strategies, and A/B test concepts.
Use AI for competitor reverse engineering (FB Ad Library, SpyFu, etc.), forecasting, and optimization guidelines.
Test Planning & Execution
Translate AI outputs into clear test briefs for PPC/funnel specialists.
Set and maintain a cadence of 3-5 AI-led experiments per month.
Ensure campaigns are launched with precise execution and tracked properly.
Coordination & Oversight
Assign tasks to PPC specialists, funnel builders, and automation implementers.
Track campaign KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and report results weekly.
Iterate quickly on winning strategies and retire underperforming tests.
Process Building
Develop SOPs for AI prompting, testing workflows, and results documentation.
Build and maintain a knowledge base of successful strategies to scale across clients.
Collaboration
Work closely with Vendor Managers to identify opportunities for complementary services.
Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with leadership to align AI strategy with company goals.
KPIs for Success
Launch 3-5 AI-led experiments per month with clear documentation.
Achieve measurable improvements in CTR, CPL, and ROAS across campaigns.
Build and maintain a structured SOP + knowledge base within the first 90 days.
Deliver 5+ AI-driven efficiency improvements per quarter.
