As an AI Software and Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in integrating 3rd party SaaS products and generative AI technologies into our product. As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations with our stack, open-source AI tools and models, and 3rd party APIs to create unique, robust, and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do
Wondering what you'll be doing every day as an AI Software and Integration Engineer Here are the tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founding team and product managers to understand and implement product requirements, focusing on simple, scalable integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations, ensuring they are accurate, resource-efficient, and scalable with client software.
Develop and maintain high-quality code, incorporating best practices and ensuring maintainability.
Optimize the performance and accuracy of AI models using various techniques, such as transfer learning, data augmentation, and fine-tuning.
Work closely with the Full-Stack Software Engineer to integrate AI models into the product's backend and frontend architecture.
Assist in setting up and maintaining infrastructure and DevOps pipelines for AI model training and deployment.
Regularly test and debug the AI models to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and AI and machine learning best practices to ensure our product remains competitive.
What You're Good At

Formal Education in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in AI software development and machine learning
Proficient in Python and modern machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Experience in implementing generative AI techniques, such as GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning
Strong understanding of AI model optimization, deployment, and performance evaluation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
