We're looking for a creative, data-driven AI Graphic Designer to join our team and help scale our brand through powerful design, strategic content, and performance-driven marketing.Key Responsibilities
AI-First Design: Use AI tools (Midjourney, OpenAI, Runway, Kling, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate visuals for ads, packaging, social, and campaigns.
Refinement & Branding: Finalize AI outputs in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to deliver polished, professional-quality assets.
Prompt Libraries: Build and maintain AI prompt libraries aligned with Taily's brand identity.
AI Video: Experiment with AI-driven video workflows (Runway, Pika, Kling) for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and ads.
Motion & Templates: Design overlays, templates, and motion graphics for short- and long-form content.
Amazon A+ Content: Create compelling visual and written content for Amazon product listings that enhances customer trust and drives conversions.
Ads Content Creation: Design ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Amazon Ads, optimized for clicks and conversions.
Email Marketing: Write persuasive email copy and build automated flows using Klaviyo to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
Organic Content: Create visually engaging static and motion posts for social platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Content Calendar: Plan and manage a marketing content calendar across all key platforms.
Design Assets: Create PSD mockups for new product and campaign concepts; design branded PDF guides, product inserts, flyers, promotional banners, and posters.
Trend Research: Stay ahead of AI, design, and industry trends, implementing innovative ideas into content and campaigns.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in design, performance marketing, or both.
Proven expertise in leading AI design platforms (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, OpenAI) with the ability to generate, refine, and scale brand-ready creative assets.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with Amazon A+ content and ad creatives.
Working knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, A/B testing).
Strong copywriting skills for emails and ad creatives.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality creative on tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.
Familiarity with social and digital ad platforms (Meta, Amazon, etc.).
Bonus: Experience with motion design (After Effects, Premiere) and DTC Brands.
