You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and freshness across multiple portfolios by combining AI tools, human judgment, and structured validation processes.Key Responsibilities
Data Verification & Validation: Conduct row-by-row verification of AI-generated contact lists and structured datasets to ensure field-level accuracy.
Chain-of-Verification: Use structured prompts to confirm name-title-company alignment from primary sources.
Contact Validation: Verify contact paths, URLs, and data recency, documenting retrieval dates and HTTP status.
Identity Resolution: Execute deduplication, canonicalization, and merge rules to maintain data integrity.
CRM Management: Manage and update datasets within HubSpot CRM, ensuring version control, change-logs, and confidence ratings per record.
Link-Health Monitoring: Track and replace inactive links or data sources, recording substitution logic and refresh cadence.
Data Enrichment: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for role confirmation, contact enrichment, and identity verification.
Automation: Apply approved browser automation or RPA tools to perform repetitive verification and link-health checks efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain structured data hygiene, versioned exports, and per-record confidence ratings for audit readiness.
Reporting & Quality Analysis: Generate accuracy reports, analyze false positives/negatives, and recommend corrective actions.
Quality Control: Participate in dual reviews, randomized spot checks, and ongoing quality audits to ensure compliance with accuracy KPIs.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelors degree is preferred, ideally in Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data verification, CRM data management, or QA within B2B or technology environments.
Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in AI-assisted data workflows, prompt engineering, or LLM verification chains.
CRM Skills: Advanced user of HubSpot for deduplication, canonical records, merge rules, imports, and exports.
Data Enrichment: Experienced with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identity confirmation and enrichment.
Data Tools: Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel for structured imports, documentation, and QA.
Automation: Familiarity with browser automation, RPA tools, or link-health checkers for repetitive tasks (a plus).
Detail Orientation: Extreme attention to detail, documentation discipline, and a QA-driven mindset.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
