You'll facilitate live workshops, create user-friendly documentation, and offer coaching to ensure that teams-from non-technical staff to leadership-confidently use automation and AI in their day-to-day work.someone passionate about streamlining business processes and solving operational challenges with automation.Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Training: Host live and recorded workshops, webinars, and sessions on tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and SmartSuite.
Hands-On Enablement: Guide participants through exercises that result in practical outcomes and immediate learning.
Create Resources: Develop high-quality training materials like slide decks, video walkthroughs, cheat sheets, and guides.
Support & Coaching: Provide 1:1 or small group coaching sessions post-training to reinforce skills.
Feedback & Iteration: Collect and act on feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Client Engagement: Maintain clear, professional communication with client stakeholders and adapt training to their team needs.

Demonstrated experience delivering training or workshops on automation, AI, or SaaS tools
Strong working knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and no-code platforms (SmartSuite, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to both technical and non-technical users
Ability to create visually engaging and easy-to-understand training resources (slides, guides, videos)
A passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others learn
Reliable internet and ability to work some UK business hours
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with additional AI tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot)
Experience in enablement or change management programs (e.g., citizen developer initiatives)
Understanding of AI governance and responsible use
Basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, webhooks, process mapping tools like Miro or Whimsical)
Background in consulting, RevOps, or B2B digital transformation
