Job Functions:
Has overall responsibility for meeting the sales targets assigned to the Agency Channel for Metro
Manila and Luzon.
Organize, drive and manage the members of the Agency Sales Team to recruit, train, license and
provide development and sales support to agents, unit managers and general agencies.
Collaboratively work with key stakeholders to foster alignment of the Agency organizational structure
and cross functional support required to achieve growth and professionalization objectives.
Strengthen Agency Sales Management capability of both Account Officers and agency leaders, agents
and general agencies to strengthen management and control of growth driver operational KPI's.
Oversee and/or conduct train-the-trainer (TTT) and coaching programs to up-skill and optimize skill
transfer of the training and agency sales management teams.
Lead the development, deployment and adoption of digital sales and sales management enablers to
strengthen implementation and control of systematic recruiting, sales/management SOP's to achieve
target operational KPI levels.
Work closely with Country, Regional Distribution Development and Agency Management Development
to ensure Country/Regional initiatives are effectively developed, implemented, adopted as BAU and
achieve target uplift and professionalization objectives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree and preferably relevant advanced professional Industry
qualification.
Minimum 10 years operational distribution management and/or consulting experience with a strong
Philippine market focus.
Deep understanding of agency distribution.
Ability to develop and grow agency distribution capability in a range of organizations, market and
cultural environments.
Proven track record in turn-arounds, performance optimization and distribution transformation.
Strong track record in generating results and building high performance capability in an agency
organization.
Demonstrated leadership capability to engage both corporate and field organizations at all levels.
Relevant local market knowledge.
