Oversee the following functions: Registration and movements in the agency hierarchy through: Ensuring policies and guidelines pertaining to contract renewals and promotions are in place and conducting a thorough review of these documents to ensure these remain relevant and aligned with the agency channel strategy Engaging stakeholders for the retention and promotions within the agency force Ensuring delivery of services to stakeholders in relation to onboarding, offboarding, promotions Benefits Design, Governance, and Implementation through: Ensuring policies and guidelines pertaining to agency benefits (Transfer of Business, Agency Offices, Group Medical & Basic Life Coverage, Retirement Plan, Stock Purchase Plan, Service Awards, Agency Email, Loans, Agency Offices) Ensure Preparing of business cases and work with project managers as the need arises to support and ensure the delivery of the agency benefits Analysis of benefits utilization and recommend enhancements to the ASG Analytics team for possible implementation of said enhancements Ensuring implementation of agency office transformation projects and all pertinent schemes related to it. Budgets and benefits tracking through: Approval of the annual and quarterly budgets for ASG to support the agency channel s strategy and to manage the business unit s GOE. Approval of ASG expense controls and approval protocols Review and approval of budget allocation based on unit costs, KPI, expense allowables, and ANP calendarization Oversee transition and adherence of ASG to new Finance systems such as Ariba, Concur, SAP, quarterly budget cycles Oversee the creation and updating of cost contest codes in SAP aligned to ASG structure Conducting quarterly reviews of actuals versus budgets, recommend re-allocation based on agreed parameters Oversee the annual/quarterly accrual cycle of ASG Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management, if needed.
