Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of each agency based on Kept Tat Rate (KTR), error rate and productivity.
Able to maintain a good relationship with the agency owners and team supervisors.
Conduct regular visits to agencies to ensure that they are compliant to the Bank's policies and procedures
Prepare reports as requested by the Department Head
Review service providers billing and ensure that monthly agency fee is updated and payments are accurate
Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related course
Preferably with financial and/or banking experience
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
