This job is to provide focused reporting and analytics for the agency growth pillars (MDRT, activation, recruitment, leader development, compensation and benefits , promotion and validation, rewards and campaigns) to support management decisions and strategy reviews.
Develop and execute framework for the conduct of quarterly analytics on migration plan, agency segmentation, activation and correlated campaign efficacy; communicate findings to Agency Management to influence strategy and business rules.
Develop and execute framework for the conduct of quarterly analytics on leader development correlated to role-centric behaviors e.g. recruitment, activity ratio, post- training performance, post-campaign efficacy; communicate findings to Agency Management to influence strategy and business rules.
Develop and execute analytics framework to support agency strategy formulation, channel economics, management reporting, and business strategy reviews (Local and GO) ; communicate findings to Agency Management to influence strategy and business rules.
Develop and execute adhoc analytics framework for various growth pillars such as MDRT, ACS, P&V, CAO and territory-based targeted campaigns; communicate findings to Agency Management to influence strategy and business rules.
