Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise sections such as warranty, and technical skills sections.
• Review all parts and service reports from branches.
• Analyze and review all P. O coming from branches.
• Provide and supply parts requirements of all branches.
• Coordinate with the manufacturer's representative and local suppliers all the concerns of the branch for parts and service and feed the branch the needed details for their concern
• Maintain the information in the parts program
• Review all warranty and insurance claims of branches.
