AFTERMARKET MANAGER
The position is a technical and administrative function. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan and maintain effective Parts and Service Department processes with the main focus on aftermarket growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Oversee operations, support, and supervise the Parts and Service Department.
Salary Range: Php25,000.00 to 27,000.00

Base of Operation: Pasig Branch
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Preferably BSME/BSEE) or any business-related course.
Have at least 3 years of experience managing a department for profitability and effectiveness objectives.
Good written and oral communication skills are essential to the position.
Preferred applicant with experience in Machineries/Agricultural Equipment.
Knowledge of database software, computer training application systems and ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.
Highly motivated individual ready to implement the company's policies, procedures, and regulations. Observational ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Parts and Service Department operations.
Possess a current driver's License.
Enjoys travel and is ready to be assigned to any Abomar branch.
Good interpersonal skills.
