FROSCH Philippines has several opportunities for a Sabre Travel Consultant to be a part of our Leisure After-Hours operations and make a direct impact on the success of our company. You will work in a multi-cultural collaborative environment where problem solvers and pro-active thinkers are valued. Break free of the call center environment and provide a truly unique customer service experience.
Shifts for this role vary and range from Sunday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT.
Job Details:
Manage clients' travel reservations from initial request to completion (not including cruise, tour or FIT dynamic packaging) for clients or providing all details to Leisure Travel Advisor if not an emergency.
Must be able to collect information from client in a prompt, professional and courteous manner; document in email and send to appropriate contact in proper English.
For Independent Contractor client calls, must be able to assess the situation and decide whether you can assist the client with their needs or forward all details to Independent Contractor for follow up.
Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to arrange all appropriate segments of travel including car, hotel, air and rail.
Process cancellations, alterations and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled
Utilize ClientBase (CBO) for leisure client lookup and thorough documentation in client Profiles and Notes.
Write clear and concise messages in excellent English to clients, travel advisors and documentation in records.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook Templates for customer service and constantly strive for improvement.
Provide best in class customer service that exceeds clients' expectations.
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
Participate in operational projects, training and functions as appointed by manager or team lead
Utilize FROSCH and authorized vendor technologies to manage client profiles, documents, policies, unused ticket management, compliance and savings documentation
Communicate FROSCH's operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements
Remain current on value we provide to each customer
Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business
Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English skills required
Extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares contracts
Capability to setup ticketing and exchange tickets
Excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude, impeccable work ethic, great communication skills, and attention to detail
After-Hours experience preferred
Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines as requirements can change quickly and often require an immediate response.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
Proficient in Microsoft Teams is a plus
Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
Self-starter
Requires minimal supervision
