Job Description :Key Responsibilities● Proactively identify and acquire high-potential partners across CPS, CPC, and hybrid models, assessing fitthrough funnel metrics, traffic quality, and expected commercial impact.● Lead full-cycle onboarding, ensuring partners are fully set up across tracking, attribution, commissionconfiguration, and campaign alignment, while owning strong, high-trust relationships for new and incubationpartners.● Collaborate closely with partners on campaign and content calendars to ensure aligned execution, timelypushes, and continuous optimization toward traffic, order, and cost-efficiency targets.● Work with Analytics to monitor performance, commercial contribution, and cost-efficiency metrics, identifyingopportunities to scale or refine strategies, while coordinating with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Regional teamsfor smooth operational and compliance processes.● Support incubation programs by testing new mechanics and partner models, evaluating results, scaling whatworks, and maintaining strong documentation and weekly reporting that highlights opportunities, risks,insights, and strategic recommendations.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, strategy, and performance analytics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Google Suite.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong drive for results.
