Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Aesthetic Clinic Supervisor at Skinovative Clinic by J. Waltenspiel located in Makati. The Aesthetic Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the clinic, including managing the staff, overseeing patient satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working with patients to design and implement personalized aesthetic treatment plans. The Aesthetic Clinic Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the clinic.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance procedures
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinic management software
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
