The Advisor Transformation Manager is responsible in building and managing the training curriculum for all Financial Executives and Advisors that will enable them to provide excellent financial advice and exemplary customer service. Create training curriculum and learning journey for distributors to enable them to effectively utilize the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA), and sell VUL solutions (MyLifeChoice).
Collaborate with other departments and sales management teams on product-related initiatives.
Develop training content that will be implemented in different learning platforms (classroom training, virtual class, and e-learning).
Facilitate learning sessions that will equip distributors with skills and knowledge to enable them to position our VUL products.
Plan, design, implement, and evaluate programs and campaigns that will boost distributor productivity.
Qualifications
Tertiary Education (preferably a degree in commerce)
Registered Financial Consultant is a plus
Writing and communication skills
Presentation and group facilitation
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Significant experience in training and background in insurance and/or sales
Can quickly adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of instructional design, content development, and adult learning principles.
