Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Related Course, HRM, Tourism Management or equivalent;
Preferably with one (1) year experience in Admitting, Customer Service or equivalent;
This position will be responsible for the implementation of processes and work instructions that will create a desirable patient experience from admission to discharge;
Coordinate and liaise with doctors and nursing staff to ensure seamless admission process and provision of hospital service information to patients.
He/she will also keep track on room utilization and coordinate with other departments to address room concerns and patient and family education needs upon admission.
