Job Description:
Provides 24/7 Support for Desktop Application (Globally).
Managing Desktop User
Handles market place request via RESOLVEIT
Handles to raise Change record according to users request via SERVICENOW.
Ensure all the requested Application was successfully deployed
Monthly end - user clean up.
Coordinating with other Build Group owner to ensure the application was successfully tested on DEV\UAT servers.
L1/L2 Support on all aspect e.g. Desktop and Laptop Support
Install desktop\laptop with Citibuild OS, deploy applications and patches through network.
Change management understanding
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
