PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to ramp employees in daily office needs
RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Responsible for ensuring ground handling operations (administrative concerns) are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Operator.
b. Control files and documents under the ramp section (personal & training files, flight activity report, water uplift summary, etc.)
c. In charge of printing and preparing documents needed for staff payroll as well as recording and monitoring all staff leave records
d. Coordinating to Airport Authority on renewing Ramp Staff Driver's Permit
e. Check and replenish stocks, issue SR/PR forms to Purchasing Department
f. Attend meetings and training with concerned to Ramp Operations
g. Maintain a safe and clean environment
h. Perform such other reasonable duties as directed by Ramp Team Leader, Ramp Duty Manager, and/or Ramp Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
a. Possess personal traits; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
b. Must be physically fit.
c. Knowledgeable in oral and written (English/Filipino).
d. Knowledgeable in MS excel, word, outlook, and access / Google Suites.
e. Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
f. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
g. Must be a college graduate and holder of a bachelor's degree diploma.
h. At least 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry.
i. High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
j. Able to travel and relocate when it is required.
k. Perform such other reasonable duties as directed by Ramp Duty Manager and/or Ramp Manager.
