Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and proficient Administrator/Bookkeeper to handle business-related tasks for a New Zealand-based accounting firm. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, as well as undertaking all bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll and supporting our team with accounting-related issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will work with the Manager, helping train you in technical knowledge and reviewing your work
Must have experience with:
Develop, maintain and update manuals
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Bank Reconciliation
Data Entry
Report Management
Email Management
Provide general administrative support
Project Work
A PLUS if you have experience with: (Preferred but not required)
XERO
Payroll Processing
Taxation
GST preparation
Research & Development
Social Media Management
Hubdoc
Appointment Scheduling
Customer Relations Management
Experience working with an AU/NZ employer
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and confidence
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Willingness to learn and can adapt to change
Knowledgeable and can apply accounting concepts
Can perform all the tasks of an experienced bookkeeper
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
High Level of attention to detail
Highly organised
Information Analysis
Reporting Research Results
Data Entry Skills
Adhere to deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Team Work
From time to time you may be asked to review and check less qualified and experienced team member's work. You will be required to work in a team and be willing and able to delegate work when asked to by your Manager
System Requirements:
Desktop/Laptop with atleast I3 processor; Windows 10 OS; With atleast 4GB Ram; Atleast 5 MBPS Internet Speed; Working headset and camera
Compensation & Benefits
Php 20,000.00 - Php 27,000.00 (Depending on experience and skill set)
Monthly Internet Subsidy up to Php 2,000.00 for Perfect Attendance
