Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Administrative Secretary will handle variety of administrative and office management duties. Your role is to aide the administrative needs of the office, and ensure smooth communication with SMIC & SMPH.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in preparation of RCP's and purchase requisitions
Processes administrative tasks such as RCP's, sends tenant billing, documents filing, etc
Receives vendor invoices and provides assistance or clarifications for discrepancies
Coordinates with SMIC & SMPH for weekly financial and management reports
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
Minimum 3-4 years' work experience in facilities administrative roles.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office application and MS O365.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality on handling files.
Excellent administrative skills - organization, time management, and customer service
Amenable to start as soon as possible.
Willing to be assigned at Asinan SM warehouse, Sucat, Paranaque
