Duties and Responsibilities: Proactivity in maximising technician's availability through effective route management and prioritising backfilling of work orders Managing customer escalations and Senior Technician availability Schedule jobs to minimise customer wait times and provide optimal customer service Developing strong and effective working relationships with Service Technicians, Service Team Leaders, State Service Managers along with all Call Center departments. Constructively managing the expectations of customers and technicians Ensuring the timely and accurate input of information into the relevant computer systems. Qualifications: Qualifications in Transport and Logistics advantageous Previous experience in scheduling and routing for field based roles An ability to problem solve in a logical and holistic manner Impeccable communication skills - verbal and written Excellent organisational and planning skills Confidence in navigating different computer systems The ability to be highly organised and identify work priorities Excellent customer service skills Sound like you Then read on!
