· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning.
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence via e-mail, letters, packages, etc. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
· Handle all information requests and concerns of clients and generate a reference tool.
· Assist underwriting officers and other concerned officers in creating and improving policies.
· Develop and maintain filing systems.
· Create presentations and reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or any related course
With experience in customer handling and presentations
Preferable knowledge in insurance is an advantage
