Brief description of duties and responsibilities:
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration, Major in Financial Management, or any business or accounting-related course.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must have 2 years of financial-related work experience
• Must have 8 hours of financial-related training
• Has Above Average verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Has positive work attitudes, has initiative, innovative and multi-tasker
• Able to work with minimum requirement
Preferred Qualifications/ Attributes:
●financial transactions
• Attends to issues and problems that may arise from transactions between depository bank and FNRI
• Prepares FINDES File for submission to bank
• Administers to correspondences with the depository bank
• Reviews and signs ACIC and checks prepared
• Ensure timely reports of LDDAP-ADA and paid disbursement vouchers issued for submission to Accounting
• Initials and signs pertinent papers such as clearances, certification of salary for various loans, certification and identification of checks, etc.
• Attends various committee memberships such as Administrative Committee (ADCOM) among others
• Performs related work and other duties assigned by the supervisor, Chief Administrative Officer, or Office of the Director.
