Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the delivery of the cash office functions by ensuring the prompt and accurate collection and disbursement of valid claims for and from the Agency's personnel, creditors, and suppliers;
Review vouchers for check payments, payrolls, stipends and other payments to employees and dealers of the Agency;
Issue official receipts for cash of check collections;
Review correspondence prepared in the Treasury Operations Section and statement of checking, account replenishment, etc.
Prepare the statement of cash accountability and statement of accountable forms; and
Perform other duties of a regular or special nature as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
Eligibility :
Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
Education :
Bachelor's degree
Training :
At least 8 hours of relevant training
Work Experience :
At least 2 years of relevant experience

Financial Management or other similar courses
