DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in the implementation of the policies of the division.
2. Reviews draft Contract of Lease/Letter Agreement for long-term and short-term contracts.
3. Prepares reply letters to COA audit observations.
4. Assists in the preparation of income projections of the division.
5. Assists in monitoring and implementation of the Contract of Lease on the lease of CCP offices and open spaces.
6. Recommends necessary adjustment on rental rates every two (2) years.
7. Prepares bidding documents for CCP properties open for lease.
8. Prepares reports and other documents related to the operations of the division.
9. Makes representation for the division with other government agencies.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education :
Bachelor's Degree
Experience :
3 years relevant experience
Training :
16 hours relevant training
PREFERENCES:
1. Accountancy graduate with at least three (3) years relevant experience in accounting related job and contract administration.
2. With good oral and written communication.
3. Detailed-oriented person.
