Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
With experience and training in Learning and Development (L & D) Management such as development and administration of TNA, designing curriculum, development of methodologies/strategies and training materials, training methodologies and strategies, curriculum development, training materials, and analysis, post training evaluation; and performance management
Technical/Business Writing Skills
Able to effectively and accurately prepare technical reports and related documents involving the analysis of various interrelated data or activities/projects/current issues
Presentation Skills
Able to develop materials and effectively present in a group or audience
Demonstrate oral communication skills
Facilitation and Coordination
With demonstrated ability in facilitating L & D programs, curriculum development, performance management, research and technical writing
Can work cooperatively with individuals/groups to accomplish tasks in a timely and effective way
Monitoring and Evaluation
Can design/develop monitoring tools to be able to provide on time and complete updates to superior/s and colleagues regarding concerns/issues relative to assigned tasks, and be able to suggest steps to address the issues
Able to apply the rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies in the implementation of L & D programs
Ability to analyze/evaluate reports/research materials and able to suggest new tools, techniques, strategies, policies, among others
Job Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct training needs assessment (TNA)
Develop and administer TNA
Consolidate TNA results
Recommend HR solutions
Conduct appropriate Workplace L & D programs.
Prepare training plans annually based on TNA and results of performance and competency gaps
Prepare communications relative to the conduct of the training program
Prepare training design and process flow of the training program
Prepare Special Order and Budget Proposal
Coordinate with various Learning Service Providers
Prepare training materials and other logistical requirements
Facilitate the training program
Analyze evaluation report
Provide secretariat services to the Career Development Committee and maintain records of its deliberations
Prepare Service Contract and monitor the corresponding service obligation
Update L & D database
Research, gather, and disseminate information on new issuances pertaining to L & D programs
Prepare reports, communication, memoranda pertaining to assigned tasks
Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the supervisor from time to time
