Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implements the human resource management system such as recruitment, appointment, promotion, employee discipline, retirement, etc.;
2. Processes appointment and other personnel-related transactions in accordance with the law and organization policy
3. Prepares various financial and administrative documents; (e.g. Office Order, Correspondences, Office Memoranda, etc.)
4. Provides secretariat services to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
5. Prepares periodic reports;
6. Handles Contract of Service personnel; and
7. Performs other duties as responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
EXPERIENCE
1 year of relevant experience
TRAINING:
4 hours of relevant training
