ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II
Employment Status: Contractual
Salary Grade: 11
Office: Budget Section

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (preferably Accounting-related Courses)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares, reviews and analyzes work and financial plan/budget of the Social Pension (SP) in the region;
2. Review and process request for fund release;
3. Recommend policies/system based on observations made and reports submitted;
4. Prepare/submit periodic financial reports within timelines to Financial Management Service (FMS);
5. Coordinate with government and private sectors relative to financial matters;
6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
