The Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:
Administrative Officer II
Contract of Services
SG 11 - Php 26,779.20/mo
Qualification:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Office Administration, or other related field;
Experience in recordkeeping is an advantage;
Must have effective organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
With strong work ethic and positive attitude;
Must be coachable, a team-player, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
With knowledge in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Job Description:
Implements centralized flow of incoming and outgoing communications using TRACE and ensure orderly disposition of documents;
Responsible for the custody and safekeeping of official documents of the Council;
Sorts, scans and collates documents submitted by other Divisions for archiving;
Assists the Records Officer in the Inventory and Disposal of records;
Performs other duties and functions that will be assigned from time to time.
