Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology
Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
With at least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
With at least 16 to 24 hours of relevant training and/or seminars.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Employee recruitment and interviews
Working on job listings to recruit new employees
