Job Description
The Delivery Coordinator's role objective is to ensure that our consultants are well supported in all operational and administrative tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator and COO
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be supporting consultants with multiple administrative tasks such as managing timesheets in Accelo, managing consultant inbox and calendar as needed as well as providing support to their everyday needs for internal and live projects.
Provide support in securing sales opportunities through online research for the clients, projects, etc.
Engage in different research tasks for projects such as area and stakeholder mapping, media research and community profiling.
Assist consultants in preparing materials and digital tools for the clients such as presentation decks, online surveys and interactive presentations (Miro, Typeform, and Mentimeter)
Liaise with suppliers to collate quotes for deliverables (i.e., printing, signage, merchandise)
Responsible in formatting Word, Excel and PowerPoint files into Struber style and client branding format.
Assist consultants with returnable documents by creating document templates, collating survey results, managing databases, etc.
Transcribe audio or video files into a written document as needed for sales opportunities and deliverables.
Provide support and assistance in scheduling of consultants in a weekly basis.
Review schedules and job statuses with Project Managers, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs.
Assist in arranging internal project meetings, as well as meetings with the client.
Capture meeting notes during project WIP meetings to assist the consultants.
Set-up inception meeting for won projects (Check Accelo for hours on project, set-up project folder on Dropbox)
Assist in completing project close-outs (arranging the close-out schedules, preparing close-out folders, updating CVs, cleaning project folders, creating blueprint templates)
