Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Input of sales and inventory in QuickBooks and Google Sheets
Lead monthly inventory count twice a month
Ensure utilities are paid and working
Preparing and monitoring invoices
Biometrics configuration
Reports generation
Providing information via the e-mail and telephone and dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintains and organizing records and files/documents ensuring systematic process in storing and retrieving
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): QuickBooks, Google Sheets, MS Excel.
Background in digital and signage industry is a plus
Capable of tracking inventory and account for sales
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to details and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be amenable to work in Roosevelt, Quezon City
Required language(s): English, Filipino
