Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer Literate, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Organize, Professionalism, Critical-thinking skills, Reporting skills.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, reordering supplies and supports visitors.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred place of residency is NCR
