Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
Assist in managing daily office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and fielding inquiries.
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external parties.
Maintain and update calendars for team members.
Remind team members of upcoming appointments and deadlines.
Document Handling:
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
Arrange logistics, such as room bookings, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel plans for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Data Management:
Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical records.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support for Special Projects:
Provide assistance on specific projects, as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course or equivalent education.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective task prioritization.
Amenable to work in Makati (Onsite)
