Job Function:
Under minimal supervision, ability to accomplish task, performs advanced
administrative duties and assignments
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties
Data entry encoding
Prepare invoices, receipts, reports and other documents
Develop and maintain tracking records and filing system
Provide and compose timely response to emails and other correspondences
Other duties, tasks as requested or assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of office procedures, practices and skills
High degree of proficiency and accuracy in Data Entry encoding and typing using MS Office program and Google sheets
Very good written and oral communication with correct English grammar
Qualifications:
Possess very good organizational and administrative skill
Very good follow-up, strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 4 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant
Compensation:
DOE (Depending on Experience) and DOQ (Depending on Qualification)
SL and VL
